What is your refund & return policy?

No Refunds on Personalised Orders
At Magmories, every order is personalized and handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of handmade items, minor imperfections may occur. These small details are a part of the artisanal process and make each piece truly unique. Because all products are made to order and customized, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or minor imperfections inherent in handcrafted items.

We advise that you double-check all custom details before placing your order, as once production begins, changes can’t be made.

What if my delivery item is damaged?

For delivery mishandeling, we're happy to send a free replacement if your item arrives damaged. If something similar happens again, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

To help us sort this quickly, please send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. If you have a video of the unboxing, that’s helpful for the assessment.
Contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery

If we don't receive enough evidence, or if damage appears to have happened after delivery, we may not be able to offer a replacement.

How long does it take to get my magnet delivered?

Due to their customised nature, allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. Exceptions may apply during promotional and busy holiday periods.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Dispatch time will be 1-3 business days.
